If not, then if affects hair follicles and affects their whole life cycle. It may lead to patching or balding of head.
Next up is a bit common. “Mental/Emotional Stress” If someone is going through a break-up, divorce, emotional or financial stress it most probably trigger hair loss. Solution to this problem is to exercise more and trying to get away from those mentality and thoughts. Staying fit will eliminate that mentality and slowly reduce the hair loss problem.
Lastly, for the closure, Vitamin B deficiency. It is a vital element for the nourishment of hair and hair growth. Less of a vitamin B increases hair thinning. Vitamin B is essential for overall nourishment. Also, the same is with water, hair strands consists of 25% of water. So Vitamin B and water keeps your hair healthy like nothing else.
